Our founder, Craig P. Miller, has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry, and 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and chemical industries working for a number of Fortune 500 companies in high-profile management, quality, and project-oriented positions.
Dr. Miller holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Science with specialization in Industrial Engineering Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations/Production Management. His educational background and worked experience focuses on providing a “Total Business Solution” to commercial glass and glazing projects. Dr. Miller is also an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
